My name is Amy Wright and I started my cosmetic injecting career in 2012, although I have been a registered nurse since 2008. I fell in love with injectables early. I loved the blend of anatomy, artistry and the way small shifts can completely change how people feel about themselves.

My career began with a traineeship in Perth where my first employer took a chance on me. From there I lived and worked across Perth, Queensland, Melbourne and Sydney. Every clinic I worked in taught me something different about how this industry truly works. What clients love, what they do not love and what makes a clinic run well behind the scenes.

Fast forward to today and I have gone from a tiny one room startup to a thriving cosmetic medical practice with a team of twelve incredible humans. Doctors, nurses, dermal clinicians, admin support, a creative director and a practice manager. A whole team who share the same values and the same standard of care.

We now work out of the most beautiful clinic space. A space I once only dreamed of. A space that my beautiful dad pumped his blood, sweat and tears into in his last year on this earth with me. When I started, I never expected to hire even one admin person, let alone train injectors, build a team or lead a multi-seven-figure clinic. Yet here we are. Still on the tools. Still learning. Still committed to doing this work well.

I am here to bring clarity, grounded clinical experience and straight talk to an industry that often makes people feel confused or out of their depth. I do not gatekeep and I do not sugarcoat. I share what I have learned across thirteen years of injecting and eight years of running my own busy clinic. The highs, the mistakes, the lessons and the systems that actually work.

My goal is simple. To make the hard parts easier, the scary parts less scary and your next step feel completely doable, whether you are an injector, a clinic owner or a client who wants safe and natural results from someone they trust.

How the Consultation Blueprint Was Born

Early in my career, I was not rushing through clients or squeezing appointments into every gap. I had time to sit with people. Time to listen properly. Time to understand what they feared or misunderstood. And that is when I realised the biggest issues injectors face rarely come from the injecting itself. They come from communication gaps, unclear expectations and missed conversations.

As my books filled through referrals, I refined everything I had learned into a 20 to 30 minute consult presentation. I put it on my iPad so I could use it consistently, and then I taught it to my team. It reduced complaints, built trust quickly and helped my clinic grow without spending a cent on marketing.

Now I share this process openly so you do not have to learn these lessons the hard way.
